When the finish is rough, the coping is moving, or the equipment fails every season, patching has stopped being the cheap option. We scope the rebuild on site, price it on paper, and service the pool ourselves once it is done.
The work we take on
- Interior resurfacing. Replaster in standard white through quartz and pebble, over gunite that has earned a second life.
- Waterline tile and coping. Out with cracked, dated, scale-stained edges. In with materials that suit the house behind them.
- Deck surfacing. The concrete around the water gets repaired or resurfaced so the finished pool does not sit in a worn frame.
- Equipment replacement. Variable-speed pumps, filters, heaters, and automation installed while the pool is already empty.
- Lighting and detail. LED fixtures and the finish choices that make the water the best thing in the yard again.

Price it
Scope and number arrive in writing. The figure moves only if you change the scope, and only with your sign-off.
Build and cure
The crew builds. Then service techs take over the start-up, brushing and balancing the new finish through its critical first weeks.
Remodeling questions, answered
What can a pool remodel include?
Anywhere from a straight replaster to a full reset: new interior finish, waterline tile, coping, deck surfacing, lighting, and equipment. The scope comes from walking your pool, not from a package menu, and it goes to you in writing.
How do I know the surface is actually done?
Rough patches that snag swimsuits, chalky residue on your hand after touching the wall, stains brushing will not move, and thin spots showing dark gunite. Any two of those together and resurfacing is due. A walk-through settles it.
Is a remodel the right time to change equipment?
It is the cheapest time. The pool is already down, so a variable-speed pump, a right-sized filter, or a heater goes in without paying for a second drain or a second crew visit.
Who handles the pool once the crew leaves?
We do, and that is the point of hiring the servicing company for the build. Fresh plaster needs brushing and tight chemistry through its cure, and our weekly techs run that start-up as part of the job.
